South London multi-disciplinary Jerkcurb has shared his new single, ‘Death Valley Morning Dew’. The track has taken Jerkcurb’s sound in a darker, heavier direction than his debut release, with passages of tension contrasting with bursts of guitar chords and vocal melodies. He says the track “refers to this literal image I had in my head of something fresh in the driest place on earth. It’s about the duality between the expanse of the outside world, nature & sprawling landscapes, and the claustrophobia of an interior, the concrete walls of an infirmary.” Jerkcurb has announced his new album, Night Fishing On A Calm Lake, which is due for release on November 28th, 2025, on Handsome Dad Records. -Dan Peeke
